ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION: Diverse terrain and sharp suburban ascents define this loop through Melbourne's outer east. The route offers an eclectic mix of quiet bushwalking tracks and paved footpaths, weaving through pockets of native greenery and local streets.
We follow the Mullum Mullum Trail through Antonio Park, Yarran Dheran Nature Reserve, the Schwerkolt Cottage and with Eastlink views. There are few public bathrooms directly on the route, so plan accordingly before setting off.

MEETING TIME | LOCATION: 11am at entrance to Heatherdale Station. There is parking south and north-west of the station.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT: The 10:06am Belgrave train from Flinders Street Station (or the Loop) arrives at 10:55am, so we’ll wait for that. There are no shopping facilities in the near viscinity of the station. We’ll travel in the first carriage.
